I'm the tall guy in the picture and used to
be the proud owner of a blue BMW K1200RS which I bought new in 1998
and that I sold in 2002 after riding it for 53,000 happy miles. I also
rode a red 1997 Ducati 916
for 2,500 miles on the track and street, but that bike is gone too. These
two bikes were only two in a long string of motorcycles that I owned and rode
between 1975 and today.
My last motorcycle was a beautiful yellow 2000 R1150GS.
Following a fall on the back of a friend's motorcycle, I decided to give up
biking altogether.
